They're lying, trying to claim I'm not really Latino.
Even though I'm Latino by blood (on my mother's side), by culture (on both mother and father's side), by habitation (I've lived more years of my adult life in a Latin American country now than I ever lived in Canada or the US), by nationality (I'm a citizen), and by language (fully fluent).
That makes me more Latino than AOC. Or any other number of far-left middle-class American "Latinxs" who try to act as spokesmen for an entire people but can't actually speak more than a few phrases of Spanish.
