Title: Cleric girl
Post by: The Evil DM on April 02, 2007, 12:13:32 PM
I have a project I'm working on and I was wondering if anyone has scans of this little lady.

I believe she appeared in this edition of the basic game.

If I remember correctly there are several panels with her fighting a snake and healing a warrior. If anyone has any scans of those pics I would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Jeff

Darn, I wish you'd asked a month back, I had a couple picture of her on transparency sheet (I'd explained making a D&D character in a speech class using visual displays). But It was a bit old and worn and so I trashed it..:/

Check your email later tonight. I will look through my basic set and see if I can find her.

Jeff, I think you're mixing up that nameless cleric chick with Aleena, the NPC cleric from the solo adventure in the '83 edition.  Totally different gal.  For one thing, Aleena was a blonde.

yup, that becoming apparent to me. some folks over at Dragons foot pointed it out. I guess he only made one pic of this gal. the other was close but not the same.

(I blame old age and recent brain surgey)

Thanks for the help guys!

I'm working on a 1/6th scale kitbash of her. i'll post it when it's done.

I can totally see the appeal.  That hat alone is worth the effort.

I believe her name is "Lorien Dawnlighter"

Ok, I'm being a little facetious. I'm sure that picture served as the model for this mini, though.

It's still a great picture. I wonder if Larry has copies of it for sale?

Jeff

Will it be a plastic sculpture?  'Cause if so...

She's a cleric girl, in a red book world
Life in plastic - it's fantastic!
You can sculpt her face, scribe details on her mace
Adventure's callin', time for dungeon crawlin'...

Or, er, something like that.
