The Heldannic War Bird has a special attack:
a 300ft Disintegrate/once per day.
Now if I go to the RC and look up Disintegrate, it says after a missed saving throw the target, up to Dragon and ship size, will simply be disintegrated.
Does this mean, as Skyships don´t have a saving throw, that it´ll be automatically disintegrated?
Skyships are handled like huge magical items, so does anybody know of there are saving throw guidelines for them?

I wish I had the answer for you, but I'm afraid that I really don't have a clue what the answer to that would be. I'd just have invented something myself.

I don't know about RC D&D so much, but items, especially magic items, had their own saving throws in AD&D. Now, of course, you are going to make me dig out my old books and look the damn thing up....:(

It´s not about a ruling for an actual game. I´m trying to figure out the power levels of the listed militaries. And fr this I definitely need to know, If the Heldanns (sp?) can annihilate any skyship in a moments notice or not.

I would go based off of this: Does it support your needs, as a GM, to have the Heldanns able to vaporize an entire skyship every time they cast disintigrate or would you like the skyships to be a bigger threat than a single pissed off wizard?
The answer to the question answers the question you have. If the skyships are bigger threats than pissed off wizards, than the ships get decent saves, if the wizards are unstoppable menaces able to annihilate small militaries then no saves...
UPDUATE:
I successfully registered at dragonsfoot, and together (http://www.dragonsfoot.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=21666) we came up with the "official" solution!
The Heldannic Warbirds can´t destroy Skyships, but can damage their sails OR obliterate one Dragon per day!
