This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Reading the description, those sound more like Gummi Bears than Care Bears.

:o OMG, that makes it even better! I loved Care Bears as a child, and even had my poor mother take me to their first theatrical release!  :D

But Care Bears only stare (shoot love lazorz from their belly). Gummi Bears could at least fight, usually with wooden swords -- and bounce on their ass with the power of gummi juice!  ;D

But I don't wanna deal with Pathfinder 3.x rules...  :'( Can't we use LARP rules and adult-sized riding bouncy balls? :o Ooh, we could totally loosen LARP boffer rules and have a riding bouncy ball mosh pit in the park! 8)

You know, people keep comparing non-TSR D&D to deck-building in Magic: the Gathering. But maybe it\'s more like Katamari Damacy. You keep sticking shit on your characters until they are big enough to be a star.

Gummi Bears was one of my favorites as a kid.  And I just saw that they have the full run on DisneyPlus.  I don't dare start though, as I don't have that much time to waste.

Sounds to me like a mash-up of both.

The notion of an exclusionary and hostile RPG community is a fever dream of zealots who view all social dynamics through a narrow keyhole of structural oppression.
