I want a father/son - trying to go out and forage on their own in a PA setting. I'm looking for stuff that they can find. I need lots of charts to roll on. What is good for that?
Until something better rolls along, if you're using D&D, I always thought this was really cool- Old School Encounters Reference (https://img.4plebs.org/boards/tg/image/1367/50/1367508742810.pdf)
I see you meant Post Apocalypse..... I missed that, or maybe thought Pennsylvania......
If "PA" means "post-apocalyptic":
Atomic Highway has great scavenging tables!
It's free: http://drivethrurpg.com/product/70124/Atomic-Highway--Post-Apocalyptic-Roleplaying
2nd ed Gamma World, and hate to say it but 4eD&D Gamma World had a nice little "stuff" table of 100 items.

Other Dust is good for the people and places they'll find, as well as the junk/treasure they could come across.
Alternately, you can get a copy of The Road by Cormac McCarthy and just randomly select pages.
Scav's Swag (http://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/2891/Darwins-World-Scavs-Swag?term=scavs+&it=1)
2 dollar, fifty cents
Mundane gear. It's for d20, but there are no rule specifics in the book. Junk, clothing, drugs/pharm, foodstuffs, random items.
