So what are some of the best homebrew settings you've seen out there?
I was impressed with Farland World (http://www.farlandworld.com/), as well as Mythosa (http://www.mythosa.net/index.html). Very nicely-done, with lots of information for ideas.
I have never used anyone else's home brew settings. I might steal a map or an NPC, but thats about all.

I'm a big map stealer. I've never used anyone else's homebrew, but have used their maps, NPCs, or ideas shamelessly. :p
I've been known to pilfer an occasional idea from Principia Infecta (http://www.principiainfecta.com/)...
No votes for me?
Now I'm sad. No loyalty, no love....;)

No one steals from you because they don't want to get electrocuted! D'oh!

Jon, my current DM, has done a great job with his World of Alidor (http://www.worldofalidor.com). You know that old where you look for the logical implications in a game's implied setting and push them to the extreme? He's done a great job of taking that idea in new an interesting directions. Much of the world is designed around the simple fact that powerful, intelligent and unfriendly dragons sit at the top of the food chain.
