This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Are there any true Pulp Bestiaries?

I's say unless it is a IP specific book then most will be along the lines of either "convert existing stuff to fit." or "build what you need with the system."
Hero and MSH are both pretty much made of this. Though MSH has more examples by way of modules.

Warriors of the Red Planet HAS a bestiary, turns out it's an ERB bestiary with the serials filled out to avoid any legal issues. Still looking for the Venus/Moon ones, but if I can find a list of the beasties it's feasible to make a bestiary given the time.

Here is why this forum tends to be so stupid. Many people here think Joe Biden is "The Left", when he is actually Far Right and every US republican is just an idiot.

I am actually surprised there was not a MSH entry statting out Barsoom as both Marvel did a comic based on John Carter and TSR had a Warlords of Mars wargame before.

The Savage Land and Ka-Zar though make for a good springboard for Tarzan and Pellucidar style adventures. Fitting as Tarzan actually visited Pellucidar in the books.

Loz

Monster Island for Mythras. A combination of bestiary, sandbox setting and campaign book. Draws heavily on Clarke Ashton Smith, REH, and Kong/Kaiju.

Well if there is/was I can't find it, probably due to the copyright? But Barsoom, Venus, Moon, Pellucidar & Tarzan from ERB are now on the public domain.
