The book is an absolute classic.  Even people that despise D20 and make all kinds of false accusations about the game in comparison to BRP CoC (like that the game is more combat-oriented or less lethal, when in fact it is no more or less combat oriented and probably more lethal, in my experience), generally have nothing at all bad to say about the setting material.  The pictures are awesome too.

CoC D20 is pretty good, and I enjoyed it a lot. You should keep it.
My name is Ramón Nogueras. Running now Vampire: the Masquerade (Giovanni Chronicles IV for just 3 players), and itching to resume my Call of Cthulhu campaign (The Sense of the Sleight-of-Hand Man).
