Old West - Wild West usefull lists (Help)

I'm working on a few d100 tables of names, last names and nicknames for an old west game.

The European names/last names are no issue, having trouble with the "native" ones and with the nicknames.

This is one I have used regularly as a source.  The site has a lot of other useful info about the tribes while still being easy to use.
The names in the lists are of the 'given' type that a parent would give to a child, but should be good enough for gaming purposes.

I was not sure if you are looking for typical 19th century American nicknames or the Wild West style nicknames.
