This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Ghost Whistler

Quote from: Serious PaulI'm finished with you GW. I don't know if you're just being intentionally obtuse, but this is obviously going nowhere. Good luck with your game endeavors home boy.
I don't know why you think I was criticising you for how you play SR, nor why you have persisted in trying to be offended even after i actually said I'm not criticising the way peopel play their games. If you want to chuck your toys out the pram, then go for it.
"Ghost Whistler" is rated PG-13 (Parents strongly cautioned). Parental death, alien battles and annihilated worlds.

Quote from: Ghost WhistlerFFS what the fuck is your problem? Not fucking ONCE did I say that people should play their game a certain way. Get a fucking grip. Jesus, precious much?

You're talking with the self appointed Elite Stars Of Role (NOT ROLL) Playing.  They are a bunch of pretentious, self-important twats who think that being a bunch of amateur thesbians makes them superior to everyone else.

My advice would be to walk away from them quickly.

I don't think that at all. In fact the only think is that you seem unable to make a coherent post about what ever it is you're trying to say, and you seem to think this is somehow personal. (It is not, it never was.)

So far the only thing I am sure you're saying is that you play a seemingly radically different style of Shadowrun than I do-which is just fine by me. After all there is no wrong way to play the game, despite what some people seem to think.

I think part of the problem here is that we're communicating effectively-as so often happens on the internet we're missing all of the subtle nonverbal cues, and the rest of the things that make a coherent conversation, and that make it fun.
