This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

What games are you looking forward to?

Right now Oblivion is the one I want the most.
  1. A robot may not harm a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
   2. A robot must obey the orders given to it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
   3. A robot must protect its own existence, as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Neverwinter Nights 2!!!!!! I'm hopping up and down with excitement over it.

I'm also waiting to see if Vanguard: Saga of Heroes is actually cool, or another EQ clone.

Is the next add on of Dawn of War the one with the Tau?

They are releasing another add on?  I still need to get Winter Assault!!

I'm waiting for the world of warcraft expansion myself.  Hopefully I won't be in an urn when it releases.

No idea they haven't said.  I'm hoping Necron since you do fight the Necrons in the Winter Assault campaign but it could be the Tau to coincide with the release of the new mini's and codex.

Hm...

Warhammer Online, or whatever it's going to be called.

The next installment of Railroad Tycoon (5?). What can I say, I'm a railroad game geek.

Final Fantasy 12...whatever console it'll be on.

I am worried about Warhammer Online because of how often it has been stopped and restarted.

It could be really cool and there's a huge amount of historic material for the setting already but it could also really suck and just be a WoW clone.

If Warhammer Online alows you to build a character and live inside the world of warhammer that would be cool.  However the last things I've read on it make it sound more like a DOAC/WoW clone.  Build a character form warbands and go on raids.  It's got much more in common with the fantasy battle side of things then the RPG side.

A new Neverwinter?  Nice.  Looking forward to that.

Also, the next Final Fantasy, and Kingdom Hearts 2.  Just saw a preview on X-Play the other night.   Defintely looking forward to that one.
