This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

I just started playing Final Fantasy 14 after fleeing the dumpster fire that is current World of Warcraft. So far I am really enjoying myself and wondering why, as a former weeaboo, that I never got into this mmo before.

The Yakuza series...  all of 'em in fact.  All the Government mandated lockdown nonsense at least gave me oodles of time to sink in knocking them off
at last, and i don't regret a minute of it.

Those Truck Simulator games ARE oddly addictive... and i'm unnerved by how much time i've wasted on Train Simulator.

Warhammer Total War series took a predictable 2000 hours out of my life... adding to the total i'd already wasted on the tabletop and FRPG versions.

Apart from that...

Stardew Valley, Baldur's Gate and (actual) Mahjong games are pretty much all i've been playing during the past several months.
WotC makes me play 1st edition AD&D out of spite...
