This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

RPG Games that run on a Phab/Tablet?
« on: March 05, 2015, 09:21:30 AM »
Can someone provide a list of games, that may work on an Windows 8.1 tablet. I was planning to buy one for entertainment, and just for writing journals.

I know there are a lot of good games on the Google Playstore, but not a lot of decent ones that are free.

Tablets are larger, while phablets may just work fine for the purpose.

Depending on what you're into, MUDs are a great way of gaming on a tablet / phone. Avalon has its own client that's specifically designed for use on phones called Umbra -- currently in development but being actively worked on every day.

As for the game itself, it's the longest running online RPG and has been online since 1989 so it's very established. Hit up Xion or Agarwain in game!
