Yes, this is a game. No I can't give you too many more details. This is taking place in the United States.

Its going to be hard to find them yet, judging from the website schedule, the balloons aren't launched until December 5, 2009.

Its just one balloon?

Now if it were 99 balloons and some would say they were luft (sp? umlauts?) then I would be excited.

There are ten. I just checked and they haven't been deployed yet, but keep an eye out for them. They will be in the continental US.
