You know what would fit the game perfectly ? A gear list in the vein of the one in AW Battlebabe playbook, but with the Bulls gear and possible upgrades and other useful everyday gear. These upgrades could grant similar qualities to the AW ones BUT with a steampunk/leviathanpunk twist..

Bull standard Suit
Upgrade a: leviathan teeth plates (+armor 1)
Upgrade b: auto-elixir system (+heal 1)
Upgrade c: helicoidal parachute (+fall)

Flintlock pistol
Upgrade a: clockwork feeder (-reload)
Upgrade b: mechanized chamber (+auto)
Upgrade c: retractable telescope (+long range)
Upgrade d: electro-plasm exploding bullets (+1 harm, +unstable)

Etc.

Now if this was made into its own "gears page" where each item had its own upgrades with little boxes to check beside em, it would freaking rock. And this could sinergize with the rest of the game through the Favors system I think (maybe you acquire each upgrade by using 3-favors, just like you get "customized gear" in the favors table ) ? AAAAND maybe include a "Acquaintances" system where each give you some advantages in different fields – AAAAND the "Inventor" acquaintance could make those gear upgrades cheaper like, say, costing 2 Favours instead of 3 ?

Oh man, I just came all over myself. This game is oxygenating the creative areas in my brain like hell. XD
