This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Who Wants to be a Nuclear Power?!
« on: June 05, 2010, 12:23:08 AM »
Cheater's Risk: "The player steps into the role of a country seeking to gain the advantage of a monopoly on nuclear weapons and must avoid being detected by national intelligence services and international monitors."

Have you got the stuff to get a nuke?
On weird fantasy: "The Otus/Elmore rule: When adding something new to the campaign, try and imagine how Erol Otus would depict it. If you can, that's far enough...it's a good idea. If you can picture a Larry Elmore version...it's far too mundane and boring, excise immediately." - Kellri, K&K Alehouse

I have a campaign wiki! Check it out!

Oh, somebody should tell the P.R.C. and Pakistan that they don't possess nuclear weapons because they've been "Blixed" three times...
Who cares about Blix anyway? He isn't even in office anymore!

This "game" is ridicilous and the topic it is about is utopian and... somewhat... naive.

A world free of nuclear weapons? Yeah, absolutely possible!
And BP will fix the gulf oil spill in no time...

"I played Dungeon World once, and it was bad. I didn't understood what was happening and neither they seemed to care, but it looked like they were happy to say "you're doing good, go on!"

My character sheet was inexistant, and when I hastly made one the GM didn't care to have a look at it."
