This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Do you want a 1980s Citadel Wizard with machine gun?

No, I mean do you really, really want it? Like, willing to sacrifice your eldest child to Satan or re-morgage your house to get it?

Well, you're in luck.

Oh.My.God.

That is really cool, but I think that eBay page would be a great introduction to the idea of cost vs. value.

But yeah, that is freaking awesome. An artifact from a different, possibly more rad, time.

I guess I've just never considered a miniature "an emergency". I have my savings and I have my discretionary spending per month, and the two don't mix.

Having a spare $100 a month for emergencies would be nice.
I play these games to be entertained... I don't want to see games about rape, sodomy and drug addiction... I can get all that at home.

A month? I'm by no means rich, but I can spare more than a hundred a week

If you want a cheaper version, look for the "Bored Flak" mini from the old Finneous Fingers collection. He has a machine gun and I bought the whole eight-mini set for around $70 a few weeks ago. That's around $10 instead of $10,000, which I count to be a great deal. :)

i dont consider a miniature an emergency i guess i have just formed a association of people not being able to afford something with people not being able to handle money it is a flaw of character i will admit but its just a thing i do
