I was playing DotA 2 and LoL consistently for a couple of weeks, but work has been killing me so I've fallen off the wagon.

I might start playing again once my department gets itself in order and we get some decent staff I don't have to babysit.

So maybe one reason I like them as a setting is because they are far more like the real world: colourful, crazy, full of strange creatures and people, eternal and yet changing, deeply beautiful and sometimes profoundly bitter."
