This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Do you want to play a game?

This is a site I stumbled across yesterday.  It's got a whole slew of links to a bunch of free games, many are MMO's.  Some are free trials others are free but you can pay for added content.

One on there called Gunz looked pretty slick, I'm going to check that one out for sure.  I was also surprised to see that Anarchy Online is still free.  I played that about a year ago when they handed out free for a year accounts.

I'm confused. The site linked does not have an option for "Global Thermonuclear War."

Watch out for Anarchy Online.

I downloaded it when it first came out, and came face to face with Korean spawn campers/gold miners to the point where I just left the game.
I am becoming more and more hollow, and am not sure how much of the man I was remains.

That's pretty much the same though on any MMO.  Also that only effects certain parts of the games if you are running missions then it's not a factor since some of those areas are instanced.  It's only in the mass group areas like the Train stations and sadly wilderness boss hangouts that it's a big factor.
