This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Thank you for the theme! During the quarantine, board games became very relevant...

Fallout is my newest buy. For the 25mm Minis! Plus Modiphus has built a clunky RPG on top of the boardgame rules. I have this homebrewed d10/precentiles RPG rules set from the Internet that looks to be simply splendid.
I looked this over but the minis are huge. 35mm maybe. It won't work with any of my existing post-apoc terrain. I just don't have the space for yet another scale of terrain to store.

Depending on how popular Monopoly is, it seems to me that many generations will be happy to play it. And what's interesting is that no mobile version can replace the desktop version...

I think they are 32mm when I checked my minis from the set that are human sized.  But I could be wrong.  32mm is a good deal bigger than 25mm, but I am more used to the "heroic scale" 25mm and they are not too far off 32 mm.

Red Sonja Hyrkania's Legacy Deluxe Expansion Set.

The company that put this out released this. Which came with all of the extra Kickstarter exclusives as an expansion set. So anyone buying this doesn't miss out on any aspect of the game.

The set includes extra game board pieces, two more game scenarios, an expansion of the decks of cards, tokens for a new creature type menace the players, two more villain tokens, two new scenarios. And a whopping 14 new characters for players to choose from to play. Which includes the character tokens too, Which brings the total characters to choose from up to 20.

This is a beast of an expansion. Definitely much more than I was expecting out of it.

Each character has a different ability that reflects on play. So each character approaches the game differently. Which makes the game different, depending on what characters are chosen by the players, and what of the available scenarios are chosen to play.

Do I feel I got my money's worth with this game and expansion? Yes. Absolutely.
