Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). Ghost Whistler

Probably not, but i'd love to see a oardgame set in Rapture. Something tells me that FFG are trying to get the license though i have absolutely no proof thereof. I heard they were doing a Gears of War boardgame. But i would dearly love to play a cracking Bioshock boardgame, though I don't know if i'd base it on an 'escape from...' theme.
"Ghost Whistler" is rated PG-13 (Parents strongly cautioned). Parental death, alien battles and annihilated worlds.

My initial reaction is,l Games Workshop has Space Hulk, FFG has Doom, Tannehauser and is putting out Gears of War.  Though none of them are Bio-Shock.  I wonder how much different a Bio Shock game would be.  Regardless of what you are and who your killing your still just moving through corridors shooting stuff.

That is until they put in the gimmick that made it stand out as it's own right.  So yeah I'm with you - it's a good idea.
