Three Blockbusters Coming November 18th!
FelixGamingX1:
S&Z, is a semi-apocalyptic tactical ops survival horror TRPG/3D game. Much of its influence comes from the current state of the world, and imagining a not too distant future where civilizations all over the globe have collapsed. Not only that, the modern aspects of the game allow its expansion to a broader audience. However, it still isn't recommended for everyone.
In comparison to Knights & Legends, which delivers an accurate dark fantasy medieval experience, Shotguns & Zombies allows the players to invent and explore new ideas without any boundaries. That means you're free to play in 'modern times' or you can take it a step further into a post apocalyptic setting without drastically changing the game's rules.
Shotguns & Zombies: Zero Hour, focus in modern days weaponry, bio-warfare, private military companies (PMCs), and constant grasp for power. E.g. you could invade another PMC's base in order to acquire weaponry and med kits. You could achieve that by using brute force, or taking a stealth approach. All of that while you dealing with the biological aspects of things, face the infected, experiment with human genomes, build your own PMC, expand ranks, customize weapons, etc.
With the exception of the 3D game, the tabletop rpg version requires two players minimum to work as intended, there's no limits to the size of the table. Play online with 10+ people should you wish, split then into different factions. The game focus in team work. Highlighting rankings, different pay rates, and much more.
To play it, it will require a small amount of prep first. The 3D game included is the fastest way to understand the vision and direction for the game. It could even be used to rank players depending how well they perform in the mission. The GM is responsible for putting the desired setting together, or he/she can continue from where the 3D game left off.
I'll be talking a bit more about it when we get closer to the November 18th, release date. Meanwhile, you can catch a glimpse of the settings and world in this PDF Demo. Be advised the demo is not meant for playtesting, releasing the full set of rules would imply giving away the game's secrets to copycats, competitors, etc. Remember where you read it first, and thank you for your understanding.
Like all of my games, Shotguns & Zombies: Zero Hour will require your full support in order to stand on its feet. You'll be able to purchase the game from DTRPG and Itch e-stores. Unlike Knights & Legends: Dawn of a New Age, both stores will feature the same version of the game. Let's turn this game into another best seller so I can continue developing this new adventure further, alongside your feedback.
Kind Regards,
Felix, J.

I'd like to take a brief moment to be transparent about the minimum and recommended specs, in order for you to make the most out your Dawn of a New Age and Shotguns & Zombies Experience.

Less potent machines still can run both games, provided they have the necessary hardware. Please bear in mind, you may fluctuate between 25~30 frames per second on low end computers.

I want to share some exciting piece of news with you today!
Part of making games people want to play, is to listen to their feedback.
While it's true some helpful feedback becomes difficult to interpret due to a lack of articulation, I've done my best to try and understand what fans are saying. Part of it is to interpret various aspects of data like clicks, subs, views and purchases, etc. The Knights & Legends fanbase is a mostly silent and mysterious one, but your support is loud and clear.
I'm thrilled to see Classic Knights & Legends still selling beyond expectations, provided I haven't advertised the game in over 15 months. Considering, I personally believe New Horizon: All-In-One Core Book to be a much better alternative to the game. But who cares about my opinion? It's all about the game's fans and supporters. What I'm trying to say here is, Knights & Legends 3E, is officially in the works! While it's still too soon to reveal more about it, expect a nostalgic homebrew with a huge amount of lore guaranteed to topple its predecessors in all aspects. All the freedom, flexibility, and endless possibilities you found in classic K&L will carry over to 3E, with a lot of new content and still affordable to everyone.

Knights & Legends 3E Development Update
A brief update in the development of the new K&L core book. First, I'd like to thank everyone for spending a minute or two going over this thread. As many already know, there are several games being released soon and perhaps one or two are bound to catch your attention.
I'd like to introduce the upcoming game's cover (above), and the direction this new title will be taking. As previously mentioned, inspired by the rather positive outcome Knights & Legends 2E had. I'm preparing to release the new core book in the coming days. Hopefully within the next two weeks, though it could be pushed till mid September.
The original Knights & Legends, which today I mostly refer to as 'Classic K&L' aimed to equip the players with a generic dungeon crawler featuring light rules emphasizing less reading, more playing. In that aspect, the game nailed it. However, few costumers made clear they felt the game was lack-luster in few of its goals.
E.g. they wanted more lore, finer background details, less GM related prepping.
I did what I could with the feedback received. But as a visionary game dev, many of these 'implementations' couldn't be achieved right at that specific moment due to most importantly, turning the game into something I didn't envision. I didn't want the game to fee like a clone, and a lot of the feedback directed that way.
I wanted the game to hold its own against popular titles. Fortunately, thanks to a lot of publicity and the Q&A I had for New Horizon, I was able to materialize that idea, the identity I envisioned for the game. Basically, it's as simple as an OSR inspired dark fantasy adventure in a custom built world, with its own lore, core rules, etc.
With 3E, and the feedback the RPG community shared with me. I fully embraced the idea of making not only a lore-rich and more detailed game, but also putting to good use all the self taught experience I managed to acquire within he last 5 years, to deliver a truly unique and unforgettable experience.
Knights & Legends 3rd Edition, will be a dark lore-rich game with huge emphasis on how the world came to be. There will be pages and pages of detailed Ezorian history to digest. But not only that, it keeps the lore consistent with many of what you were already presented from past games. The big difference is that a lot of information, including notorious NPC backgrounds will now be presented in a rich and consistent story. The GM, could literally read out loud to players or share the lore guide as a intro to the world's setting.
Most importantly, it wouldn't be K&L without its unique player classes! You'll find a lot of memorable content, but also many new things that will set this game apart from its predecessors. 'Tis old fashioned gaming for old school gamers, and newcomers alike. More to be revealed soon!

Knights & Legends 3E Development Update #2
'Tis with great joy I bring you this latest update. Some 30+ pages of pure lore have been written for the game so far. I'll be moving on to core rules, classes, mechanics, plus all the good stuff only K&L games offer in the next few days. One thing you'll notice at first glance, game feels highly, highly engaging. It will be printer and VTT friendly as well. Thrilled to make a surprise drop any day now. Till next update!
