SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

For those who are interested, I have recently posted a number of reviews on my blog that are too short for individual posts in the RPGsite Reviews section, and too unwieldy to try to combine into larger entries in the review section (due to differing companies, ratings, etc)...they include reviews for ICONS, Savage Worlds (specifically the Misfit Studios line of mini PDFs) and the Zombie Pirates computer game.

If the links worked, it wouldn't be "The Most Unread Blog on the Internet. Ever.", now would it. :D

Earlier this week I posted a preview of Age Past, an upcoming fantasy RPG that was sent to me, set for release in September 2011. It uses a d10 dice pool system in a way that not only doesn't seem to suck, but sounds like it's incredibly usable for higher level play. (In short, it's high die is used, but any other 10s add a +1 to your roll. However, you can "hold" dice, taking an automatic +1 on each one held...but any time half or more of your rolled dice come up 1s, you fail).

Just thought I'd toss the mention out there for those that a) don't hit my blog regularly, b) don't have me as a Facebook friend or c) don't follow me on Twitter.
