This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. There will be an 'Old School Renaissance' RPG convention this summer, August 12 and 13, in Toronto (Lillian H. Smith Library, at 239 College Street, just south of U of T).

In addition to various TSR versions of D&D (and their respective retro-clones), there will be games of Traveller, Pendragon, Bushido, RuneQuest, and others.

Ed Greenwood will be running a 'Forgotten Realms' game (although it looks like it's already full).

In case anyone here is curious, I'm signed up to run a Swords and Wizardry game – using my Akratic Wizardry house rules, of course!

Here's the blurb for my game (to take place the morning of August 13):
