Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

RinCon 10 will be held October 8th through 10th, 2010, at the Tucson Convention Center (TCC) in downtown Tucson, Arizona.

I wish I lived closer to Tucson. The GM conference looks very interesting. Also some games look like they might interest people here like this Star Wars D6 game:

Quote"You may find yourself in a captured Imperial intelligence station... You may find yourself in another part of the Galaxy... You may find yourself behind the controls of a captured Imperial shuttle... You may find yourself on a beautiful Rebel Alliance Intel mission...with a beautiful partner...and you may say to yourself...'How did I get here?'"

In 1987, the Star Wars roleplaying game broke new ground. It would carry the Star Wars banner for nearly 15 years based on the classic trilogy of movies. Now experience the brilliant d6 system in this exciting session. It was just an ordinary assignment for low-ranking Alliance Intelligence officers, posting in a captured Imperial intelligence space station far from civilization. But when events take an unexpected turn, the handful of ragtag heroes find the fate of the galaxy on their shoulders. Same as it ever was...same as it ever was...

The main conceit I am using for this game is that I am running it as if it was 1987 and Empire Strikes Back had just come out. "I can't wait to see Revenge of the Jedi! That's what Fangoria said it would be called."
