What is Cha'alt?  My O5R megadungeon and hexcrawl campaign setting for both old school and 5e D&D.  Eldritch sword & sorcery post-apocalypse with plenty of science-fantasy and space opera to keep things interesting!

OSR RIFTS gets you to $10k ASAP.

I'm good for the softcover, but people will pay for hardcover...so you should take their money.

Also, you need Add-Ons. Sell your older stuff at a discount to backers on the KS.

Ok, then yeah... Cha'alt is 111% OSR RIFTS!

Well, if I'm going to do hardcover, I'm going to do it right and have it professionally made.  So, that's nearly 10k right there.  I'll need the KS to start doing better if I'm going to make that kind of investment.  Hopefully, I'll see more support (i.e. free advertising) soon.

Send a PM to Sine Nomine / Kevin Crawford. I bet he knows a good enough hardcover POD house.

Also, contact Lulu and tell them you're doing a KS. Maybe they will send you a sample of their hardcover work.

You can't wait for the KS to do better before offering hardcover because those people who might be passing on the KS because of a lack of hardcover might not circle back.

And don't stress if the hardcover is $60 each for 150 pages. Backers spend crazy money all the time.  

When are you doing a video yabbering about Cha'alt? Good luck with the AMA tomorrow. I babbled more stuff on the KS page for you.

Dude! You need to step up the marketing. It has to be at 100% before the last 72 hours. You also need to revamp the main page with more info, not just links in the Updates.

Show us previews! Random tables, chunks of descriptions, more art, etc. But not buried. Put it on the Main KS page.

I want those damn stretch goals!!

I have been doing a lot behind the scenes (and some in front), but will also step up the marketing going into the weekend.  

FYI, Tuesday's trial run / playtest session on Roll20 went extremely well.  And that'll be one of the thing I'll be emphasizing on the KS's main page.  Also, more artwork coming soon.
