I did a medium-sized update for my own O5R "D&D in arcade-mode" hack of OSR and 5e, Advanced Crimson Dragon Slayer. Works perfectly for Cha'alt! Also, even though it's rules-light, I ran a year-long campaign last year and started another (hopefully) long-term campaign this year.
Still a free PDF, so check it out, use it, and let me know how it went...

Are the non-advanced Crimson Dragon Slayers rules updated as well?

Great question! This one, the
Crimson Dragon Slayer D20 Revised has been updated, just like
Advanced Crimson Dragon Slayer (with an updated cover): https://preview.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/303380/crimson-dragon-slayer-d20-revised
However, the
Crimson Dragon Slayer D20 PDF was not updated: https://preview.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/272436/crimson-dragon-slayer-d20

When I click on that link, it gives me access to the 2024 Advanced CDS rules, but not the 2024 non-Advanced CDS rules.
Oh, it's all "Advanced." That's just the name I started using for the rule-set. Once I started revising and updating to a certain point, I just changed the name, even though there's no major differences between Crimson Dragon Slayer D20 and Advanced Crimson Dragon Slayer, except for the number of revisions/updates.
Does that make sense?
