I knew the two works had similarities, but I had no idea there waas enough merit for a lawsuit.
In fact, given the attention both books are now receiving (Holy Blood and the Holy Grail has been a strong seller since '82), it would be in both author's interest to put down this frivolous suit and focus on cross-promotion instead.
