One would think that with the limp he suffers from, one would be able to see him coming with a bucket of dog poop and take the appropriate evasive actions.  I doubt he would be able to catch you.  So really all you have is a gimp walking around with a bucket of dog poop like a 1st grader with a booger on his finger shouting, "I'm gonna get you, I'm gonna get you!"
