This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Thanks

Hello!
Thanks for your help!

Ian Absentia

Macy Gray the vocalist?  You're welcome, but, honestly, I had nothing to do with it.  Also, I have to say: Amy Winehouse pOWNs you.

She was in an incredibly influential 80s band called X.

Also, she was briefly married to Viggo Mortensen. Er.. Aragorn. Hows that for a gaming link!

Hunh.  So he did.

Did you know she was married to Viggo Mortensen at one point?  A friend of mine tells the story of going to one of the last-days performances of X, and Exene was on stage, heavily pregnant, and getting on very poorly with her former beau and band leader, John Doe.  He said the the tension was palpable as Exene and John assumed strategic positions at opposite sides of the stage and exchanged occasional glares at one another.  Apparently it was Viggo's kid in the oven.

I saw a performance by The Knitters some months back, a band that reunited Exene and John Doe.  Let's just say that, while I always found Exene to be largely talentless before, she's nothing to look at anymore either.

Oh, and did you know that she was married to Viggo Mortensen once?
