This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

It's a shame you feel like I am somehow personally attacking you, which isn't the case. I disagreed with your position, which as I understand it is my right. You may not like me, and I'm okay with that, but I am glad you did the right thing here.

You may not feel your actions were censorship but I did. You may not agree with my opinion, which is fine. I'm not asking you to. While I may not post much I do read these forums on a fairly frequent basis, more than once a month. I'd hate to see this place become the very thing it was started because of.

I'll also say that I will not feel bad about posting my opinions, regardless of how many of feel the need to berate me or tell me to leave, or other such nonsense.

Again, I challenge you: what exactly was censored?

For the record, I know that you aren't one of the guys who "hates me"; you're just a guy who takes an inordinate amount of glee in being a troublemaker and then having a guffaw about it over on Animalball.

Have I posted a link to this at Animal Ball? No, then perhaps you've just decided on what you think I am and refuse to change said opinion.

You also seem to think censorship involves only removing a few words here and there, and doesn't include blocking access to communication, which is what locking a thread does. It blocks someones freedom to post, and while that may be acceptable to you, I find it reprehensible, even though I think I understand why you did it. (Which in my mind makes it all the worse, because you did it with the best of intentions.)

As always you're free to disregard my opinions. Hell you can ban me if you think it will make you feel better, for all I care. But as long as I am a member I will strive to ensure this forum is as free of controls as possible. If Animal Ball, which you'll note my posting has dropped off at as well, and Bulldrek can do it, why can't you people here? Is another persons opinions on the internet that much of a threat to you? (I know Jim Bob, yes it is.)

Nope don't hate you. I respect some of your opinions, and thoughts. I think of you as a drama queen of the highest order, but that's part of your appeal actually. I suspect in real life we'd get along just fine, given how similar we are in some respects. And as always I always like to hang out with smart people, and you're definitely smart.
