This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Now here's a funny thread - "Nobody's been suspended for DAYS!"

http://forum.rpg.net/showthread.php?t=359422

Gee, wonder why nobody's been banned. Maybe because all the "troublemakers" (read: contrarians) have been disposed of?

First post:

"Am I the only one who reads Trouble Tickets for the sheer schadenfreude of seeing who got suspended/banned for doing something entertainingly dumb?

And if so, does that make me a bad person?"

No wonder the banstick comes (or came) out so frequently - its a spectator sport.

I think they should ban this guy, firstly because he calls himself "soviet" and thus is obviously a dirty commie mutant traitor, and secondly because in response to,

Probably the second one, but I'm a bitter permabanned crazy crypto-fascist, so you have to keep that in mind.

Crypto-fascist ?

That word always seemed funny looking to me. Like you had solve codes and puzzles first before being a kooky fascist in that version of things.

two problems with rpg.net.  It's boring and the pages load slow as hell because they are constantly having some problem with their ad server, so I don't even go the few threads that might be of interest.  Oh yeah and they have no search function.  That's 3.

I'm another one that likes Cats - but I least I know the proper spelling of their younger version is kay,... aye,... tee,... tee,... Eee,... En,..., Ess

 Kittens (goddamnit!!)

The overly liberal touchy-feely, knee-jerk whiners could at least spell the damn word properly!!

Also means I've always liked the Aslan better than the Vargr in the TRAVELLER univers. Still, I know but thats my preference.
