This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

I missed it, despite being given a head's up that it was about dreams and dream creatures.  I was told the concept was a lot like Dreamwalker Revised, so I'm really interested in how it went.  Does anyone have a recap and/or thoughts on the episode?

Thanks,

Pete

Basically, we hade dead University teacher doing unauthorised research on sleep - he looks for people who cant dream, gives 'em some nasty tea, and they dream.

The tea comes from a root that allows people to dream walk if they have "something" from the target. Hair, frex.

Bobby drank beer with the bad guy (one of the volunteers), which allowed him to be trapped in the dream world. They contact Bella to get the root. The boys drink the tea to find bobby, Dean convinces him it's just a dream as Sam gets seperated and beat up by the bad guy.

Sam finds out his beer with the bad guy earlier was a mistake, and is forced to stay awake. He finally gives up, and Sam joins him in the dream world. Dean confronts himself, and Sam again starts getting the hell beat out of him. Sam finally conjures the father of the bad guy into the dream, who (off camera) finishes the abuse he did long ago - presumably killing the big bad.

Bella then leaves before they get back, taking the colt.

Fade to black.

Excellent, Shewolf.  Thanks for the rundown.  I'm definitely going to have to check this out.  Not sure when they play reruns though.
