[Soccer] Uruguayans, tell me about Nacional Montevideo and Alain Junior Ollé Ollé

So, the Cameroonian U23 player Alain Junior Olle Olle has left Nacional Montevideo to play at SC Freiburg, the team from my home town. Information on South American club soccer is more then sparse here in UEFAziztan , so I'd appreciate anything you'd have to say about this.

In regards of overall class and professionality level, which European league is close to the Uruguayan one? (Just so that I can get a good idea about Ollés experience and therefore usefulness in the 2nd German league, and even more so if Freiburg climbs back to 1st league.)

With which Euro teams is Nacional comparable in regards of class and professionality? (I've read up that they are together with Peñarol Montevideo one of the two top contenders in their home league, but that hasn't to mean much depending on the overall level of the league.)

What is to say about Ollé himself? Any trouble while rotating through everything from defense to midfield to offense? Has he had much practice in the first team? Any noteworthy specialities and weaknesses, apart from his left-footedness?

I'm a Nacional fan, but I never heard about this particular player. Not that it matters much, as the level of local teams has sunk in the past couple of decades. :(

Still, Nacional is one of a handful of teams (along with Danubio and Defensor Sporting) that regularly make it into the South American international scene. Peñarol used to be the other powerhouse and Nacional's archrival, but they've been almost nonexistant for a decade or so.

Nacional and Peñarol have this horrible habit of hiring expensive players (mostly veterans looking for one last hurrah), while Danubio and Defensor Sporting have huge youth training programs that yield very solid results.

Thanks for elaborating a bit!

Hm... So if the name doesn't even say something to you, Ollé probably wasn't really a crucial pillar to Nacionals actual team on the field, so it's hard to evaluate his value. The quality of the opposition in the Uruguayan league would then also play a lesser role.
That would also explain why there isn't yet a Spanish Wikipedia article about him, but only fresh stubs in English and German.
