This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. about what was going on out west during the civil war........

are their any that cover this area. I know nothing on the subject.

I don't have an overview in mind, but I'll recommend a book that touches on it.

Comanche Moon by Jack Jaxon (not the Lonesome Dove sequel by the same name) is a graphic novel-ized history of white-Comanche relations, focusing on the life of a half-white Comanche chief (his mother was a white settler who'd been captured as a girl during a raid). Part of the story takes place during the Civil War era.
