This is to the admins. I have a friend in the Philippines that want to check out the site. Problem is his ISP is blocked and doesn't know why. He never been on the site before and tried different browsers to no success.
I would have noticed this if it was in the Help forum. I'm guessing you went to the wrong section by mistake. I moved the thread.
