I'm going to hold off on critique until they're give-or-take complete. [Not that my opinion will count for a great deal or anything, but I like to share what minor design skills I might possess, just in case someone's interested.]

Thanks. It's inevitable for some teething pains as settings get optimized and issues due to being on a different server sneak in.

I definitely agree it's modern-looking, I was just surprised to hear it described as "very clean." I can't speak to how much it may or may not no longer resemble RPG.net, because if I've ever been there, it didn't leave enough of a mark on my memory to register. ;)

I wouldn't call it clean from a design point of view, but I think it is clean in appearance. There's too much javascript and css code for my liking, by such is common for this forum software. As I find time, I'll try to tweak certain parts and try to optimize it, but I'm limited in what I can do, since it can affect future updates to the software.

Try it now. I've played with the numbers a bit. I also removed the smilies from the new post area (you can still choose smilies from the pulldown smilie menu).
