Problem with Rockbottomprices.com

Howdy,

A couple weeks back, I placed an order for some game books on Rockbottomprices.com.  I've never used them before, but they looked legit, and the prices were, well rock bottom.  

The order was placed on Feb 20.  Their shipping policy says items ship within 4 working days, and if there is some reason that can't happen they will contact you by email and give a revised shipping date of up to 3 more days.  

Well it's now a couple weeks after my order was placed.  I haven't recieved the items, and nobody has gotten ahold of me via email.  In fact, I've emailed them and not gotten any response, and I've called them and only gotten an answering machine- an no return calls.  I can look up my order status on their webpage and it's listed as "processing".

So before I go to my credit card and void the purchase, I just wanted to see if anyone around here has any experience with these people and actually got the items they ordered.  Thanks.
