This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

How much time do you spend online?

In an average day? In an average week? In an average month?

Is this general trawling, or do you have a devious scheme in mind?
I will watch and learn.
If there can\'t be a TPK against the will of the players it\'s not an RPG.- Pierce Inverarity

This is just simple curiosity.  I have no plan. No goal. There a lot of users I don't know here, and it seems like some of you have more time than others. I like getting to know who I am "talking to" and who they are, and why, etc...

I try to keep all my deviousness confined to a small area, as to not over flow into serious discussions, and ruin them. (There's enough web space for me to post a silly thread now and again with out ruining all the serious ones.)

For those of you who answer a lot, is it because your job (Like I think Jong works in computers, right?) or because of something else? Hobbies? Etc...

My own answer is I tend to spend between 2 and 5 hours a day online. I do tend to leave pages open whilst I do house work, or what not, so it may seem like I am here more often than I really am.

A big contributor to my time online is that I was injured in the line of duty, messing my back up. So I've been off of work, disabled temporarily. (I hope it's temporary anyways.) As such I suddenly have a lot more free time on my hands. Since some of this time is when my family is off to school, or work, that means I get to putz around on the net.

I don't own a television, so this is my primary source of entertainment.

I'm actually in a similar situation, Paul.  Although I'm in grad school and currently unemployed.  My darling live-in Fiancee pays all the bills and whilst looking for a job, I am currently a gentleman of leisure.

It's because my job requires me to stretch 30 minutes of work out over an eight hour workday.

Heh! All it took in my case was thirteen hundred or so pounds of cops, and 300 pounds of convict jumping up and down on my back.

I'm lucky, because it is inmate related I get paid 100% of my wages, and benefits. I also accrue all sick and annual leave at my standard rate. (I have like a 100 hours of vacation time saved up.)

(But seriously, that is cool of her.)

I'm a college undergrad, which means I spend more time online than should be allowed by law.

So atheists have been abused, treated badly by clergy or they\'re stupid.They\'re just being trendy because they can\'t understand The God Delusion because they don\'t have the education, plus they\'re just pretending to be atheists anyway. Pundit you\'re the one with a problem, terminal stupidity.

I have a LOT of exams next month, so I shouldn't be online at all, but oh well.
