With the new STAR TREK movie  some people might to babble - DON'T.

Wait til like next Wednesday or Thursday.

 Here are are examples of how to talk or 'spoil'  a movie or show without really spoiling anything:

This is hard because when I talk about movies I find it hard not to dig into the meaning behind things which inevitably gives too much away.  Here are my attempts at a few of my favorite films.

Agent Dunham is a "She", not a "He" - ever since the first episode.

Her name is Olivia Dunham - played by Anna Torv.
 Her existence and Gender doesn't "ruin" anything, even if you just saw the pilot episode.
