This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Sometimes all of us are down. We wake to find that things are not as they once were, and that the comforts of normalcy cannot be found no matter how hard we try to find them.

Life, it seems, sometimes reverts back to static silence and the pure white washes of a slowly fading light. Will the light ever return? Experience tells us the answer is yes... for who can really extinguish Illumination? 'Tis better to prepare oneself however, for the light you once knew may return, or it may be snuffed for all eternity.

I don't understand the question. It's not of much importance however, as those who need to know will understand the intent of the first post.

Thing is, man: I'm not smart.  I'm a brute.  I accept it.

So I'm not killing you for what you said.  I don't understand what you said.  I'm killing you because it'll hurt.  And I'll like making you hurt.

...or in the case of this weekend - sometimes a rollicking silly RPG session can cure a GM's oncoming bout of depression.
Also helps that the player across the table from me is cute, shy, has a decent tan...and nice legs when she kicked her sandals off.

Oh Gawd!! Spring is sneaking up on us.

For a second I thought this was about The Darkness:

The I reread the title and understood it's about Darkness:

This is so deep.
Running: Dogs of WAR - Beer & Pretzels & Bullets
Planning to Run: Godbound or Stars Without Number
Playing: Star Wars D20 Rev.

A lack of moderation doesn't mean saying every asshole thing that pops into your head.
