Must have been something in the water.  I liked the Hulk, LOVED the action scenes like the tank/helicopter battle.  And I really liked the comic book-like scene wipes.

Even though I have it on DVD and have since it came out I have yet to watch Batman Begins. As such my current opinion is Spiderman. I hear seeing Batman Begins could change that. I guess eventually I'll see. Now as to why I chose the original Spiderman  it is simple the first time I saw him swing  across the  big screen was almost orgasmic.

I think my favorite is Batman Begins, though I think the original Batman is closer to the comics.

I also dug Sky High.  It wasn't a great movie but I think it did an excellent job of capturing that Superhero feeling and was a great tribute to the 4 color comics of old in terms of the different super heroes and the scope of the story.

I always forget Mystery Men.

It had to grow on me, but I really like it, too.

I really liked Batman Begins and the Spider-Man movies.  I think these are some of the best examples of superhero movies that we have today.

And Catwoman. Don't forget Catwoman...

Batman Begins.

If I liked Dunst better as Mary Jane, I'd list the Spidey movies, because other than her, they were spot on.

Enkhidu

Another vote for Unbreakable, followed by the Incredibles.

Though Sky High did a better job than any of 'em at capturing late 60's early 70's DC.

She was a worlds better than Katie Holmes.  She was the only unfortunate part of Batman Begins.

I'm with you dude.  I'm still hoping the original report of her not being in the franchise after the original holds.

Quote from: Harry JoyWhile the new Batman and Spiderman flicks trump all that came before, I'm still a softie for "The Phantom", "The Shadow", and the early Zorro flicks.

Okay, The Phantom had almost nothing in common with the source material.  I was a huge fan of the original serial cartoon.  But the movie, even though I wanted to like it, was horrible.

The Shadow on the other hand I actually liked a lot.

And as to early Zorro flicks you would have to clarify which ones.

No worries. No way Tom Cruise let's her do another Batman with the possibility of her mackin' on Christian Bale...

Teflon Billy

The Incredibles and Batman Begins are really the only two I'd consider great movies, but I'd add Spiderman 2 and Infra-Man to the list if it's superhero movies (as it appears to be)

I'd probably add the first X Men movie if it was more like the opening moments at the concentration camp and less like Wolverine: The Motion Picture.

Plus before she got knocked up she had gotten way to skinny.  That and she'll probably be as batshit as Tom by the tim ethe second one starts filming.
