This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. I don't read much fantasy, but I thought I'd branch out a bit since I'm enjoying so much OSR stuff lately.

What might one recommend from the famous Appendix N for someone who especially enjoys Tolkien and Lewis' Narnia? Anything with a similar "feel"?

If you haven't read Robert E. Howard, Edgar Rice Burroughs or H.P. Lovecraft, I would highly suggest checking out their original works.

Of course, as a fan of LotR and Narnia, you may be very interested in the work of Lord Dunsany, as his work certainly inspired and influenced those later works.

I would also check out Poul Andersons "Three Hearts, Three Lions". You can see its influence on early D&D very clearly besides being a fun, easy little read.
