Ouch...sorry. I really had thought...well...the East coast SPorts News seemed to be...well...maybe it was all hyping to get an interview with BF.

How are your running backs? :haw:

I'm gonna burn down your vacation house, flatlander.  The WR are talented, but they have zero experience.  Farve's bitched about it, but it might turn out ok.  On the local news here we keep getting stories about how Farve has no friends on the team, cause the average age is like 23.

We have like 3 injured RB's, a couple on IR and none of them can really be starters.  It's kind of bizzaro world, because the defense holds more promise, and has more depth then the offense.  Bears v. Packers could look like the battle of the akkido masters.

Steelers all the way!!

Oh and...

Quote from: GunslingerBreaking tradition of my entire family and most of my friends who love the hometown Steelers, I'm a Raiders fan. I started watching football during the Bo Jackson era and just kept with them. I've been wanting to fly over and catch a game for a while now.

...how do you put someone on ignore? :haw:

I've hitched my fantasy football wagon to the Steelers: Fast Willie, Santonio and the Steelers D.

My Favorite Team:

Teams I hate: fucking Packers, cheesehead bastard inbreeds.

Been a Vikings fan ever since I can remember. I once I caught the girl I was dating at the time with a Packers shirt. I took it from her and bought her a real jersey (a Vikings jersey) and burned the Packers shirt on the grill.

Looking forward to this season because we have a bunch of good young talent on the team and will be better than most people expect.

I was going to say I don't have a place in Wisconsin, it's in Michigan - then I realized I actually kinda sorta do throught the in-laws. I'd love you to burn that place down, so if you're up for it, I'll PM you the address ;)

Bears/Packers will be fun, as always - because you never quite know what's going to happen. Packers one in Soldier field last year, right?  I bet there are Bears fans that think last year was a failure not because they lost the Superbowl, but because they lost that game...

To be honest, Minnesota in the team I'm most concerned about.

And look how we can find common ground - fucking cheesheads...

Hey, they said the same thing about Manning!

And don't everyone get in a hissy - I would not even begin to compare Grossman with Manning. Manning sucks!!! :haw:

Seriously, Grossman is not even in the same league - He's in the NFC!

:rimshot:

Hey, I'm here all week, folks.

I don't care for the Vikings (when I was a kid, however, I looooved the logo), but I can at least be on speaking terms with them.  Those fudge-packers, though....

Dude, by honest, you didn't have a girlfriend :p

With a QB battle of Travaris Jackson, Brooks Bollinger and Kelly Holcomb it's not hard to be better then people think.  And A rookie RB doesn't make it a young talented team, ask the Tampa fans with Cadillac.

The bears still had the first game of the season though  ... but the game at solider field was awesome.

I disagree. Grossman is adequate enough to be the starting QB on a superbowl winning team. He won't win the game for you, but he won't lose it for you either.

Hooray!!!  The season starts today!!!  Go Colts!!

BTW, Colts admirers, here's a neat feature I found on Indy Star.  Cool to see where everyone ranks (think you need some plug-in for it):

The Manning Meter

What is Drew Bledsoe doing so high up on that yards list?
