I'm not gonna make a big production of it, or anything, but I'm happy to point and laugh once in a while. And anyway, in this case, my gratitude was sincere. I was genuinely considering seeing it.

"Fun" is an interesting choice. I found the movie humourless and leaden.

Fun probably was the wrong word. I did find it very interesting, in any case. the non-dream sequences had an Arkham Asylum feel, while the action scenes were all anime.

There's a short animated clip for the WWI Trench scene http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ub2NV9oooB8 . This was not part of the movie, it's just a neat tie-in. Even if you hate the movie, I think this would make an AWESOME rpg setting.
