This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

Aegypto

Quote from: BalbinusI'd rather he wrote the next bloody book in the series though.  The gap has been so long I'm forgetting the plot.

I gather that the next book is already written - apparently, A Feast for Crows got so big that it was split in two. So the next book should be coming next year or so.

Quasar

Quote from: Consonant Dudeone of the few flaws of the serie, she's just totally unbelievable and fucking annoying to boot

She's actually one of my fave characters :)

I think beyond finding the right actress, I just don't think the people in charge of the money would be very happy seeing such a young character get involved with what Arya does. Not so much a problem in season one, just down the line I think it would be an issue.

Kind of. Once that was decided it gave Martin license to expand both in certain areas. So he's still working on the next book.

At least that was my impression.
