SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

What I love, what I don't

In the interest of running my mouth, I have a couple of comments. First of all, this site looks fantastic. It the closest thing to the old NKL in design that we have seen since it's demise, and I like that. I also like the overall setup and forums. The only thing I don't like is a minor quibble. I do not like the way the "nut links" haphazardly rise and fall on the page. It's the conservative in me I guess. I'd rather see them lined up in an orderly fashion at approximately the same level as the "Nutkin News" nut link. Other than that, I think everything looks fantastic, and all involved have done us all a great service in bringing not only the RPG Site, but Nutkinland back online. Thanks.:)

Something certainly has to be done - Opera is having issues with them tied to improper CSS implementation in that browser.

I was just about to comment on that precisely.(The Opera-issue , I mean.)

I'm still undecided on the rising and falling acorns at the top, but all in all, I think the site looks fantastic.  Great work!

I'm with you Zalmoxis.  I to think it would look better with a straight line of tabs/acorns.

And sinec I occasionally use Opera I also noticed the problem.  :)
