RSS for specific forums/subforums? Please help me get my feeds back on track.
GeekEclectic:
I thought it was odd that my RSS feeds hadn't gotten any new content for a while, and just today figured out that the update apparently screwed them up. Turned them into dead links, basically. I see the RSS at the bottom middle of each page, but it looks like it's for the entire site, not just a specific forum. Pen & Paper Roleplaying Games (RPGs) Discussion and Other Games are the ones I'm most interested in following, but I'd like to know where to look for the proper RSS things just in case I want to follow another in the future.
For the record, I use Chrome exclusively. It's been a very long time since I added an RSS feed to anything, so I'm a bit rusty. But I do remember there used to be an RSS symbol that appeared in the URL bar when a feed was available. It's not there on any page now(don't know why), so that's contributing to my being a bit lost.

Still there, but options need to be tweaked. I'll see what I can do when I get a chance.

This is a bit problematic due to some settings. I’ll have to work up a fix.

Should be working now. Set to show 20 items.

I see the icons, but . . . yeah, that's still not quite right. It looks like they're displaying the latest individual replies regardless of placement within a thread instead of just the start of new threads. Lots of "Re: Re: Re:" . . . ouch. I did manage to figure out (again, for the first time in probably a decade) how to get the feeds from here into my feed reader. Feedly(what I moved to after the death of Google Reader) isn't difficult, but figuring out what to do the first time in a long time was more obtuse than I would have liked. But I did figure it out, so once the feeds here are correct, at least I know what to do with them.
