is it okay to post "for sale/trade" threads?

hi, i'm new here.

i didn't see a place on the boards to post up games for sale, so i thought it'd be most polite for me to ask before i posted.

i have a number of RPG books (and some comics) that i'm looking to sell or trade.

is there a specific forum i should post up in, if at all?
