SPECIAL NOTICE
Malicious code was found on the site, which has been removed, but would have been able to access files and the database, revealing email addresses, posts, and encoded passwords (which would need to be decoded). However, there is no direct evidence that any such activity occurred. REGARDLESS, BE SURE TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS. And as is good practice, remember to never use the same password on more than one site. While performing housekeeping, we also decided to upgrade the forums.
This is a site for discussing roleplaying games. Have fun doing so, but there is one major rule: do not discuss political issues that aren't directly and uniquely related to the subject of the thread and about gaming. While this site is dedicated to free speech, the following will not be tolerated: devolving a thread into unrelated political discussion, sockpuppeting (using multiple and/or bogus accounts), disrupting topics without contributing to them, and posting images that could get someone fired in the workplace (an external link is OK, but clearly mark it as Not Safe For Work, or NSFW). If you receive a warning, please take it seriously and either move on to another topic or steer the discussion back to its original RPG-related theme.

I confess I was vaguely interested myself, but by the 5th paragraph my eyes were glazing over.

It actually read like one of Pundit's rants in part, esp. the serial assumptions, e.g. most nerds are Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons, fat and out of shape and can't talk to girls; nerds enjoy obscure things just because they're obscure, and not because they have any intrinsic value; etc.

Boy what an epic flamewar that would be. OP, if you're reading this, let us know if you're reposting that on RPGnet Tangency. I'll be all over it like white on an affluent suburb.

I wasn't behind the disparition of the thread, but the contents annoyed me (piling on the stereotypes), that's for sure.

Someone call* in the Bavarian** to remark about obvious show of fascismisation of RPG.site. So, anyone has a copy in cache? What did I miss?

*I've been bored and read old Help Desk threads. Good laugh those.
** I'll give you a clue - it's a word game!
Furthermore, I consider that  This is Why We Don\'t Like You thread should be closed

Troll-thread by a new poster with a trolling handle?

Banned, motherfucker.

This thread is just as useless and just as closed.
